Can't sleep but I'm tired.

Hiya TT,

Last night I was up until about 11:30 because I couldn't sleep at all... I got up out of bed and started walking around my room and started crying.

I was OK until I scratched my leg and it started bleeding so I had to turn the lights on, run and get a band-aid and sit there with a wet tissue on it until I got the band-aid open... It wouldn't stop bleeding.

I haven't been sleeping properly for a while now and It's so bad I'm at the point where I'm crying because I'm so tired.

What's wrong with me?

Same with me! I suggest drinking warm milk, it always helps me get to sleep about an hour after I go to bed, which is record time for me!
