Can't get into places in Tamatown..HELP

I can login to Tamatown no problem. But once I get there, I can never get to the places... If I click on "Mall" the little car shows 100 miles, then 48 , 48, 48 over and over....never let's me in. I have gotten into parents ONCE, and travel agency ONCE. I have logged out, re-logged-in. Deleted cookies and reset Internet explorer, rebooted...etc. I am stumped....very irritating PLEASE HELP!

The computer is fairly new...less than a year, and I have cale modem...superfast

It's just slow-That happens to me. It's normal. Just close it or refresh.
