Can you whistle and roll your tongue?

I can do both. I can whistle real good, and also roll my tounge. I used to think I couldn't roll my tounge, but we were talking about things like this last year when I took Biology, and I found out I COULD roll my tounge

I can whistle but what does roll your tounge actually mean you do? If you mean into that circle thing where both left and ight sides touch I can do it but if not uhh I cant.

Both! But a year ago I had an oral operation, and couldn't whistle for half a year, because it was an op on my top lip. But I'm all good now!
