their "mate" is the one that they love, or like if a person had a mom and a dad then the dads mate would be the mom, and the moms mate would be the dad. Get it???

Bascicly mate means spouce or marrige parterner.

Yes, you can mate any Tamagotchi versions. A V.4 can mate with a V.1 even. Also, what country they came from makes no difference either.

Yes, they can have babies.

When you are about to connect, select OTHER for the V3 and the v4. Put then tama together, and they will connect.

yes a v4 and a v3 can mate and have babies, u have to get one of them to drink the love potion do other and they should kiss, then do other agian babies!!!!!!!!! have to be 4+

yes when connecting you just press others and you have to connect alot but I have done it lots of times and it has always worked out just fine for me!
