Can Tamas Die / Run Away in My Tamagotchi Forever?

Hey, so today I got Kuromametchi on MTF, but since Kuromametchi is one of my favorite Tamas I kinda wanna keep him for a long time, so im not really rushing on the whole career thing. I was wondering if Tamas could die or run away from not getting their career or being alive too long or something, because I really don't want to lose my Kuromamechi ;w; any help appreciated, thanks!

I'm pretty sure your Tama is immortal in this app. I tested this hypothesis by ignoring my Tama completely for a week and a half (sorry, lil' guy...) and surprise - healthy adult character. I've heard from others that there is no maximum lifespan for adult characters either.

Kuromametchi will be fine

Ive been using the app for a couple weeks now and I'd say they never die. just poop all over and cry but they will never leave you

I downloaded the apk onto my bluestacks when it was first released in Canada, and didn't really touch the app again until a couple days ago. The Tamagotchi hadn't left at all and was waiting patiently for me to evolve it, so I'm pretty certain they never run away!
