I haven't played with a Tamagotchi in a while, so please bear with me.
I'm not sure which teenagers Tamatchi can evolve into. I think that child to teenager evolutions are random (though some might have a higher likelihood of evolving into certain teens, but I don't know for sure).
If you get an Ura Young Violetchi/Ura Yangu Furawatchi or an Ura Young Memetchi, then you will get an Urafurawatchi/Uravioletchi if its passion/spiritual points are highest. If you don't get one of those characters, then unfortunately, you can't get Urafurawatchi.
You can raise skill points by playing games. Climb and Tug-o-war raise random skill points. The other three games will raise one specific skill point.
Apples raises Humour/Funny
Shapes raises Gorgeousness
Manhole raises Passion/Spiritual
