Buyee.jp - UhOh I just put bids on 20 different Tamas!

Anyone else here with absolutely zero self control?

I just see one I like and its like OOOH *bids*
And I am possibly the WORST person for getting into bidding wars and sending auctions to ridiculously high levels..

Lucky for me I am from New Zealand and Tamas seem to go for crazy amounts because people think they will be able to scalp them back on eBay, so if I need to recoup my funds no problems

Anyone have any cool Buyee stories? Best deals? Best auction win? The time you accidentally went and spent $150 on Tamas in one day *cough*

i think the worst ive done is spend about $100 maybe more on tamas in one sitting...

i was really excited the other day because i won an auction with literally 1 second to spare for a v4 still in package!

but the price was actually very decent. it was only $28 !!!

I once got 7 tamas for about $50 (I think it was around that price). I got 3 V1s, 2 V2s, and 1 V3 so it was a pretty good buy! Unfortunately, one of the V1's buttons were unresponsive and I didn't know that till a long time after I bought them. I tried to fix it but it didn't work so I had to throw it out.

I just got paid and put a few bids on Buyee.. unfortunately I didnt realise the charge is automatic.. and their fee is veryyyyy high ($5 per win.. cmonnnnn? Wish they would do a 5% of total order when you ship it out instead)

But I ended up with all the auctions anyways..

Undoubtedly though my self control will last about 2 days and Ill buy another heap.. Thankfully for my wallet, I got outbid on a few things over night..

And hopefully I can recoup my losses by selling off one of the Angelgotch on my local auction site *cough* fund more tamas *cough*

But this is actually my first time using Buyee..

And I am still salty for losing an auction on an iDL

5 dollar fee isn't too bad, a service I use has 15 dollar fees... but anyway, yeah, I sometimes buy more Tamagotchi stuff than I had planned but as long as it makes me happy, it's fine. XD
