BLACK GHOSTS HELP

I'm a little panicked. So my boys were at full happiness and fed. Ive been at work checking up on them every 30 minutes and suddenly there are black ghosts but they won't go away what do I do? Ive hit the reset button to stall for time.

Update: I was told else where there was nothing that could be done. Rip my boys
