To sum it up, no. I like legos where you can actually choose what you build. I have quite a few Harry Potter lego sets- they're good in that you can build castles with little to no effort, and when my really small cousin comes over we can build castles and knock them down just as easily.

Also, it seems like an assemble your own "action figure" kit. Not my style. If I wanted an "action figure" I'd make one. (and I do.)

there are these two guys in my class who are obsessed with them! For homework we had to make a piece of art and one of them made a 3d picture of a bionicle. I dont like them at all, I did when I was young, but now they are just another way for people to make money.
