Hello everyone, I'm here to tell you about fakes. If anyone knows anything, it's me!!

 

 

 

Everywhere i go, just about, there are fakes.....

 

they say:

 

>ditital pets

>cyber pets

>petpals

>powerpals

and the list goes on for like forever!!!! Everyone has them, as well as the real. They always sell 'em for $7 and all!

 

There is a kind of fake that looks like a tam from the shape and icons! those are $10 each! my friend Megan has one and it's driving me up the wall! How could BonDai let companies copy their idea! I'm sure tamagotchi has copywright on it do they................?

patents, they copyright the technology, or inventions.

if it was copyrighted when the tams were made, which is 1996ish, right?

that wouldnt have lasted 10 years....

so, i guess, they can patent the latest versions, but the fakes copy the older versions.
