battery replacement

i bought a tamagotchi 1 wk ago and since then i've had to replace the battery 3 times. my son got one 2 months ago and we haven't had to change batteries yet. is something wrong with my tamagotchi?

Is it a V3? Which one do you have and which one does your son have?

If the battery is Sony, buy a new battery. It's Energizer. I use Energizer and my Tama lasts for 2 to 3 MONTHS!

i don't know what battery came with the tama but it lasted 3 days. since i have bought 3 wal mart brand batteries and have had to change out every 1 to 2 days. my son is still using his factory battery. i thought it might be because i play a lot of games but i don't play anymore than my son does.

hmmm, weird. I have been using my battery it came with for about a month. I would try using energizer like Kuchipatchi99 said

Really? On the tamagotchi version 3 instructions, it says you need one battery. It is called:

CR-2032 3V battery

...whatever that is.

So the battery you use is Energizer?

Wait...so they sell the small energizer batteries? Or is it the big ones?

That's really weird! One battery is suppost to last AT LEAST 2 months...
