Like I posted on another topic, when I emailed Bandai America's Customer Service about my posts on their blog not showing up, as well as my suggestions in my posts themselves, I just got this:

-Be sure to check tamagotchi.com for updates (hardly ever updates)

-Still shipping Music Star (dosen't seem to be the case for where I live...)

-Product lineups differ among countries (kind of obvious)

-They aren't planning a color Tama (they didn't seem to regard my suggestion)

Also, my questions about slimming down the Tama-Go and about anime/movie releases in America weren't answered. I know I posted this story already, but how do you guys feel about Customer Service? Have you had any similar experiences? :furawatchi:
