Are you able to turn the sound off on Tamagotchi P's?

Hello everyone, I just received my tamagotchi P's yesterday and want to take it with me to work today but I can't seem to work out how to turn the sound off (I don't really want my boss to hear it!) Is there a way to do it? Sorry if this question has been asked already, I couldn't find the answer in the other topics.

Yes, on the last page of the scale icon it's the second option
