No. The V4.5 has URA-Chacators while V4 has more of the connection charaters. V4.5 has all new jobs, games, and characters. They also can get different skill points! (V4, intellatgent, fashin, social. V4.5, Humor, gorgues, spiritual.) The V4.5 is sortof a mixture of URA-tama and tamagotchi connections. That's all the different things I can find.

They are not the same. if they were the same they would have the same names. Tamagotchi v4.5 has more games and more jobs than any of the versions. The skill points are named differently as Iamamametchi said. but in the end, the skill points stand for the same thing. I personally think that the pictures on V4 are better. ^_^
