Are there any tutorials or guides about how to make your own Tamagotchi protective case? You see people who have hand-knitted well crafted soft cases and sold them, but how do you even make one? I would like to know, as there is some art that I would like to imprint on a case, but that requires the skill of knowing exactly where the wool goes. Is there any viable way to make a protective case (not paying a large amount + shipping)?

Thank you! And I also thought up an [even] easier idea, although it may not really work. Since there needs to be some sewing skills at hand, and I wanted certain scenery that just wouldn't work for the amount of detail to implement, I was thinking of getting some white fabric and painting it. So rather than sew something {wonderful} around a Tama, I would just wrap the clothe around it. What do you say??

Sounds like a cool idea, show us when you're done :)
Sure, I will try.

[Edit:] Okay, after looking at the felt one, I felt (no pun intended) that all I wanted to do was to make sure the Tama wasn't in direct contact with my hands. In the end I didn't end up making anything... but I did use a pretty flower-patterned cloth instead! It was free, cheap, and easy. That is what I ended up going with.

But if I ever get the materials somehow, i may try my hand at making those covers.
