AR help

I connected my AR to the PC and I loaded the codes back onto my AR but now how Do I save and quit? In easy words I deleted the codes off accidently and I put 'em on via pc but now I don't know How to save and quit on the PC screen and my DS says Updating... Help!

What's your problem? You're the one who spammed the thread with your Friend Code message. And 'it takes a while so be patient' is quite vague, no?
