Looks like one of those all in ones to me. I used to see those at garage sales all the time. They're generally bad quality and usually don't last long.

It's your pretty standard cheaply done multi pet. I'm not sure what exactly you're looking for with regards to information. It's a cheap multi pet. I'm not sure if it's REALLY 24 in 1. A lot of these advertise a number of pets but sometimes you only get three. Since you have it in your hands best thing to do is start it up and find out!
