Angelgotchi - getting Ginjirotenshi

Hey guys! I just started up my Angelgotch (japanese version) and I was wondering if anyone knows how to get Ginjirotenshi. It is my favorite character and I know it has something to do with the AP level.
Anyone knows anything?

It's a neglect character so you need to let the AP level go to zero

First I need to get Kodoten - so I need to keep AP as high as possible and take absolute perfect care of it. Then, to get Ginjirotenshi, I need to let the AP drop to 0, never praise it and only fill the hearts up to 1 or 2.

This is going to be exciting! ^^
