"Well, it's the only place we've found so far that's available... why not?"

"I promise." Scarlett lied. It depended what his definition of 'stupid' was.

Damien nodded and smiled softly, pulling the door open, breaking the lock in the process.

Faylinn slowly stepped inside, glancing around. "Well... do you think we need to try and defend ourselves a bit?"

Damien frowned, not sure how to answer it. "Well, we might...I'm honestly not sure..."

 

[tamaturtle]

"I mean, we're just two vampires. Even if you do have powers." Faylinn pointed out, rubbing her eyes. "I bet Scarlett and co. could easily get to us..."

 

[YellowJedi]

"I guess you're right, but how can we defend ourselves?"

 

[tamaturtle]

"Absolutly no idea." Faylinn sighed heavily. "Maybe leaving it alone would actually be the best defence.. it wouldn't attract their attention then."

 

[YellowJedi]

"Yeah, that was what I was thinking." Damien said, before sitting down on a chair. He gave a slight yawn and leaned his head back.

Faylinn also yawned, sitting on the arm of the chair and curling up as much as she could next to Damien. "So, what're we gonna do? Got any plans?" She smiled.

Damien put his arm around Faylinn. "All i want is to be with you, i don't care what else we do."

 

[tamaturtle]

Faylinn smiled, resting her head on Damien's shoulder and closing her eyes. "Just as well, I think we're going to be stuck together for a very long time. You've got a lot of putting up with me to do."

"Well that makes me the luckiest vampire in the world." Damien whispered.

 

[tamaturtle]

"I hated you at first for what you did to me." Faylinn whispered serious now. "But now I'm really grateful for it, because it gives me more time with you."

 

[YellowJedi]

Damien nodded. "I still feel bad about it." he admitted.

 

[tamaturtle]

"It's okay, really." Faylinn told Damien, reaching up and kissing his cheek. "I'm over it, like I said, and... I guess Ember will deal with it eventually."

Damien frowned slightly at the mention of Ember. "What are we going to do about him?"

 

[tamaturtle]

"I don't know... I guess he's stuck with the council for at least a while." Faylinn sighed. "He's had a crush on me for ages, you know."

"Couldn't even tell." Damien said sarcastically.

 

[tamaturtle]

Faylinn frowned. "You're being sarcastic, aren't you? I didn't have a clue until he right out told me!"

 

[YellowJedi]

"Well it's pretty obvious. They way he acted around you, how he looked at you during school. There's a bunch a stuff."
