About to buy Tamagotchi Mini but one question

Hey! I'm about to get a tamagotchi mini in a few days but I was just wondering if you can pause it or make it on silent so that while I'm at school it won't beep and cause me grief? Is it possible to do this with the mini?

There's no "pause", but by going to the clock set screen, you can effectively pause it.

Also, yes, you can turn the sound off.

Awesome, what are the buttons to turn its sound off and also does it like grow up in stages like the other ones?

Hold down the C (right) button, then press the A (left) button to get to the Sound on/off menu.

There are only a few stages (egg / baby / adult). Basically, the Chibi Tamagotchi / Tamagotchi Mini is similar to the 1996 original Tamagotchi, but simplified.
