Ok, I guess I was doing all right with my tama up till it was a kid. What could have gone wrong? Here is the status-for when she was a toddler.

All hearts were full

two training bars

10 pencil

7 star thing

10 flower

15 pounds

Well I think it was because of your tamagotchi low skill points or probably neglect, or bad care...

It is because your skill points are way too low. They need to be much higher to get a good character. Try playing more games so you don't get a universal adult. I personally hate them.

But the best thing about universal teens is that their like Ditto's they can turn into anything..

Yeh, Make sure it is the highest in the Star icon (arts/takent) or you can get Ms. Flower.

It's just random whether you will get a universal character or not. You did nothing wrong.
