Erm I just got my V4 yesterday. My Tama just turned into a teen (young mimitchi)

and I was wondering if I could still get a hanatchi from the young mimichi (since hanachi is my fave)

Yes, It's possible If yu have a look at the chart Spudlike (spelling) made, hanachi is a universal adult! A universal can be from any teenager.
