I found a few ways to chill in the summer on very hot days. :D

1.Drink at least 8 glasses of water

2.Fill a spray bottle with water and mist yourself

3.Avoid very sweet or salty foods

4.Wear cotton or light fabric like mesh

5.Choose light colours; dark colours absorb heat

6.Use lightweight cornstarch powder on sweaty spots

7.Wear a wet bandanna around your forehead

8.Freeze a juice box and carry it around for an icy snack

9.Tie your hair back in a braid or ponytail

10.Use a paper fan to cool you down(Try making your own!) :p

Enjoy!!! :D

Thank you so much! Its soo hot by where I live! Its even hot when I live my Lake Michigan!

Thanks Again!

In summer when I'm too hot, I usually go and sit in the conservatory [sp?] for a couple of minutes (because it's so hot in their, like an oven!) then I go back out into the garden and I feel cooler because it's very stuffy in the conservatory. - Clever me  .

I never spray myself with mist x.x It makes me feel all sticky and sweaty.

I used to have my backpack filled with paper fans during the school year for me and my friends.

In Minnesota my backyard is very shady so the heat doesn't bother me as much as when I go shopping.

u could also go to the pool! That's where everyone encluding us has been going for the past 4 days.BTW don't wear sunblock cause ur body i'll get all oily.

Yeah, always makes you feel sticky. I have a Minifan I earned from selling 400+ Girl scout cookies in January XDDD

Bramble: Trust me, even if I live in North-East Florida, it gets MAJORLY hot yet I still wear Black and Orange and Red. I like darker colors. I haven't fainted in my life XP
