I found a few ways to chill in the summer on very hot days.
1.Drink at least 8 glasses of water
2.Fill a spray bottle with water and mist yourself
3.Avoid very sweet or salty foods
4.Wear cotton or light fabric like mesh
5.Choose light colours; dark colours absorb heat
6.Use lightweight cornstarch powder on sweaty spots
7.Wear a wet bandanna around your forehead
8.Freeze a juice box and carry it around for an icy snack
9.Tie your hair back in a braid or ponytail
10.Use a paper fan to cool you down(Try making your own!)
