4U+ Tamatomo Personality Stage

I'm a relatively new 4U+ owner and was trying to find out if personality stages counted as separate entries in the Tamatomo part of the diary.

So, say I have Melodytchi and got her to Tamatomo. If I were to start another generation and get another Melodytchi and get her to Melody Muse, would she count as a different Tamatomo entry?

Haven't been able to Google the answer or find it in the search here. Perhaps I'm not looking up the right terms. ^ ^;

If that doesn't make sense, please let me know!
