Well... 
On the homepage / board index, scroll right down to where you see "X number of active user(s) ( in the past 60 minutes )."
Right underneath that there should be something that says: X members, X guests, X anonymous users | Show by: Last Click or Member Name
Click "Member Name", and that's the online users list. :]
( If you click "Show by Last Click", then it shows Guests also :] )
