So a 17 year old boy named Asia thought he could make it under the Batman ride to get a hat he dropped.

Instead get's hit hard in the head and decapitated at hit. Now parent's are trying to sue Six Flags for another stupid accident.

He jumped 2 fences saying "DANGER! DO NOT ENTER!" Thinking it was safe.

Kids fault not Six Flags. in my opinion he was asking for it especially if he jumped two frikkin fences specificly saying "DO NOT ENTER!".

That's completely and totally his fault. Though it must have been horrifying to whoever found him.

BTP: I dropped my flipflop in Wild Adventures in that Log Ride thig. But I got it next time we went around.

It's a very tragic freak accident but warnings were given multiple time and most people have enough common sense though, Six Flags should not be held accountable.

1. He was stupid enough to wear his hat or whatever it was on the ride.

2. It was his fault he ignored the giant "DANGER! DO NOT ENTER." signs in the first place.

Exactly. I bet an employee would eventually (and safely) get the hat ou.t. :D

1. He Should Have Waited Intill The Ride Was Over.

2. hes 17?!?! Please, My Little Sister is 10 And Shes Smart Enough To Wait If She Dropped A Hat. What a doof.

3. Dumb Parents. Its the kids fault.

They shouldn't sue 6 flags its the kids stupidity that got him killed. Hes the one who scaled two 6 foot fences that sayed "DO NOT ENTER".

I wear Bandana's on ride's all the time. Once I wore one on Sheikra. I had to hold onto in tight or it woulda fallen off. (Sheikra is like a ride at Busch gardens, Tampa FL)

So I understand his hat probably would have fallen off. But who is dumb enough to actually go in a restricted area? He should have asked a employee to retrive it. T_T

The internet award goes to....

First some kid copying naruto by burrowing himself in sand and now

some 17 year old who thought it was safe jumping on a track to retrieve his hat ._.

And now why are the parents sueing Six flags. I mean c'mon it wasnt six flags fault that

THEIR son jumped in front of a moving ride to get his hat then he got hit >_>

How retarded can you be to run under a moving ride for a hat?! Seriously, he could've bought another if it was so freaking important! God, it wasn't Six Flag's fault! Uhg, I hate these kinds of things where someone is too proud to admit their kids did something that was obviously their fault!

kids getting stupider every freaking moment is becoming some fad.

Yet another senseless child. Man, when will they GROW. UP?

Is it now COOL to be as stupid as that? If it is, I think I'd rather be the nerdy kid who actually READS the "DO NOT PASS THIS POINT" and "DANGER" signs. Why the heck are the parents sueing SIX FLAGS? They should sue themselves for not putting some sense into that kid.

I mean, there is NO excuse. He's seventeen! He should be able to read and make sense out of a couple danger signs! And, he lost a hat. Wow. It must have been a pretty special and important hat if he's going to risk his LIFE for it. He could've WAITED for an employee to fetch it when the ride was over, but no. Lemme just risk my life to fetch a stupid hat.

Just seems like teenagers to me. Everyone says they are smart enough not to do that type of thing, but everybody makes stupid choices when they are with friends (he was with a friend right?) They probably thought it was 'cool' to go in a restricted section, well, it ain't that cool if your killed. . .

It's just like drugs, people do them because it's 'cool' and 'fun', but it may end up killing you.

Sad Story.

His parents are trying to sue Six Flags? xD Thats sooo funny because they'll loose so badly in that. Its the kids fault. You can't blame Six Flags for a kid jumping 2 fences that are RESTICTED and then getting his head cut off. It's his fault. I would have left the stupid hat...or at least wait until the park closed to get it back. I would NEVER risk my life to get a hat that was probably a $7.00 hat. But then again...I don't really wear hats
