Haha, goodnight!

Elaina nodded slowly, "Well, maybe soon, we won't be restrained." She kissed the top of his head before laying on her back and closing her eyes, her naturally thick hair acting as a pillow.

"Well, okay. Not restrained as in, as much as we can possibly be right now," Christien corrected himself. He sat with his back against the 'wall' of their shelter, running his fingers through a few strands of her hair that had fallen beside her.

"Mhm," Elaina hummed in agreement, opening one eye to look at him momentarily before shutting it once more. "I don't mean to push this all on you." She said quietly, rolling over to be closer to him and more comfortable. "I'm not trying to rush anything."

Christien said, "If I wasn't ready and I thought you were going too fast, I would tell you, Elaina. Just like I told Florentine before, when we were just starting to go out and she wanted me to. But I don't feel like it is rushing with you. And when I have no reason to restrain myself-- meaning your arm--, I don't think I'll feel like I have to. I love you, very much."

"I love you too." Even though her tone was soft, the feeling was completely there. "A lot. And I know it's a bit abnormal because we've only known eachother for...well not that long of a time. But, I still do...I think more than James because I can trust you." She let out an exhausted grunt before snuggling into him more than before.

Christien slid his back down the wall of the shelter until he reached the sand, lying slightly on his side that faced her, and pulled her into his arms, cuddling her closely to him. "Me, too. I love you more than I ever loved Florentine," he said quietly.

Elaina kissed Christien's neck quietly before finally settling with her head in the crook of his neck. "I love you-" she yawned slightly, "so much. Wake me up...when you need me."

"No. just wake up when you want to," Christien told her softly, giving her a gentle smile. Kissing the bridge of her nose delicately, he whispered, "I love you, too," and tightened his arms around her.

Time skip I suppose lol

Elaina blinked slowly while her eyes adjusted, taking in the sight of Christien's face when she glanced upward. She didn't know if he was awake yet so she hesitantly kissed his bottom lip gently, testing if he was fully asleep or just resting.

So, when does your summer start, by the way?

Christien had fallen asleep not too long after Elaina had done so, and was still snoozing lightly now, though it was only light because they'd been asleep for a long time now. Her kissing caused him to stir slightly, and a couple of minutes later his eyes half opened, and then fully. The first sight being Elaina, he smiled sleepily and said, "Bon matin.. I mean, good morning," and planted a quick kiss on her lips.

Exactly two weeks from today, you?

"Oh, I love your French." Elaina cooed, managing to kiss back a bit with his peck. "How are you? How'd you sleep? I hope my constant turning didn't bother you." She sleepily ran a hand through her golden hair, stifling a yawn.

Not until July xD

"I slept wonderfully, thank you," Christien replied softly. "J'ai dormi le mieux pour un long temps.." he added, just because she'd said how she loved his French speaking. "Better than for a long time, in case you were wondering. And you?"

Omg! I'm so sorry. Haha

"I slept great." Elaina straightened her back and stretched out one arm before looking down hesitantly at the other. She wiggled it experimentally before taking it up a knotch and pulled her shoulder up, tilting it sideways. "Eek." She yelped softly before setting it back down. "It's kind of better." She said aloud.

Haha, yeah. It kind of sucks. You get three months, we get six weeks. But oh well, because I'm going to Germany and I have work experience, I actually don't have that much time left compared to everyone else at school.

"Maybe another day or two and it should be fine," Christien said, examining her arm briefly from his current position, "so long as you take care not to strain it." He looked out of the shelter. The sun had finally returned, noone would have believed there had been a storm last night.

Oh, well that's lucky, the getting out early part. I can't wait for school to be out, it feels so far away.

"Mhm." Elaina hummed in agreement before inching her way outside of the shelter and out to the beach, smiling as sand squished pleasently between her toes. "I love the sun."

Feels much, much further for me xD

Christien sat up and stretched himself out. Finding his check shirt on the sand next to him, he pulled it on without bothering to button it and then shifted out into the sun to join Elaina. "I know, it's such amazing weather here, too."

Oh, back later. Idol :)

Ugh, I'd die. I'm ready to like run away now, haha.

"I even love the rain-storms." Elaina sighed and stretched backwards, twisting back and forth to losen up her muscles. "I only wish we could go swimming." She scowled at her arm, "Could we maybe find a way to?" She asked him hopefully.

Know the feeling. I'm on break next week, thank God. I mean, I like school, but it's been a really hard year for me with exams and coursework.

Christien moved closer to her and took another closer look at her arm. He untied the makeshift sling-- it would probably do it good now anyway. "If you take it easy or just hang onto me, I think you should be okay," he told her.

I know, me too ): I have a three-day weekend coming up...so that's good.

"Oh, goodie!" Elaina exclaimed excitedly than paused, turning to throw a mischevious smirk at him. "Now, don't peek until I'm done changing." She laughed giddily and walked over to a nearby palm-tree to grasp onto so she could slip out of her top layer of clothes.

Ah, yes. For Memorial day, according to my calendar which only has American holidays. We have a bank holiday here, too, but since I'm on holiday anyway that doesn't make any difference.

Christien turned around, chuckling, "Okay. But I'm getting changed at the same time. Not that it matters, since I think you've seen almost everything you're going to right now." He wasn't wearing shorts, and a pair of jeans was too heavy to swim in, so he just stripped down to his boxers, supposing she'd probably be alright with that if he was in the water.
