In most cases I would say hold alt and press 3.

But I guess you could try typing & hearts ; without the spaces.

I don't know how that will work, but you could give it a try.

@Funky~Lemon; You screwed up on the IMG link. To do it, hold the Alt key on your computer keyboard, then press 3 on the number pad that is left from the arrow keys. Hope that helped.
