Nothing really to report today. I'm keeping Lazlo asleep today, and I took Lunch Sandwich with me to the theater. He actually asked to leave today and I nearly had a heart attack. Oh well, I'll marry him off soon. As for the movie, we saw Despicable Me 4. I'm not really a fan of Despicable...

Now that all my packages have arrived, here's my entire collection (excluding my pix, since it can't hang on the wall): I'm not sure I'll get any more vpets from now on unless I find it at a thrift store or what have you. I think 7 is plenty, although everyone else's collections are much bigger.

So, both my pix and the bootleg bunny rom vpet got here today. All is well with the bunny rom, it's exactly as expected. However, all is not well with my pix. The listing said nothing other than that it works. It was used so I wasn't expecting perfection, but when it got here, the batteries...

Slightly sad update. I unfortunately had to remove the battery on Yoink for the time being. I had a blood draw yesterday and a thyroid biopsy today, and haven't had any time to take care of him. And on top of that, my Tamagotchi Uni arrived today and I'd like to raise it, but two vpets at once...

Another day with Yoink. He's still got his tail, but I suspect he'll evolve in the next day or two. He's been very fond of doing a little Michigan J. Frog dance today, and also floating on a lily pad. He's now 81 pounds! Holy moly. I've been trying to play games with him to get his weight down...

Woke up earlier than usual today for an appointment, so I got to check on Yoink. He evolved once again, and now has proper legs and a long nose, for some reason. He's 61 pounds, and I'm not sure if that's a healthy weight for him or not but he seems to be doing fine for the time being.

Slept in today, so I woke up Yoink a little later than I should have. Good update, though, because he grew front legs! Bad news is now I can only play one game with him (for the time being), and it sucks. Oh well, I'll just have to get used to it. No updates on Blaze, he's doing his usual...

How do you keep the motivation to do this? Do you take any breaks? I'm just curious because it seems like it would be a lot of effort.

I have medical issues right now, and because of them I get exhausted very easily and sleep a lot. I change the clock on my current run, a p1 tama, to night so he can be asleep when I'm asleep, and I wake him up when I'm awake regardless of what time it is in real life. When he's awake, I change...

I just bought a uni earlier (not here yet obviously), and being able to charge it was a BIG reason. I can't afford to have a tama that eats batteries like they're candy. Plus, the physical buttons will always be better than touch buttons, imo.
