Happy Holidays Everyone! Anyways, I just got teo Tamagotchi Friends today for Christmas, but there's a problem with one of them. The first few times I was able to connect them, but now one of them won't let me open the heart icon at all. Does anyone know about this? Thanks

I've only ever had connections and I don't know much about any other versions in the first place. I was just thinking poor English would be better than no English at all. Maybe I'm thinking about this the wrong way? :S
