Probably some cheap generic vpet...which may or may not contain programming from other vpets. Wonder if it has other creatures on it... The animal pet on the screen looks like a dog/cow/sheep/monster/sock puppet/worm with legs or something. Is that a button at the top above the screen?

There are two of these for sale on a Polish selling website and they're $5 each - they're not worth any more.
