Tamagotchi fan video game!

Tamagotchi Planet is known for being a
friendly, peaceful place where the inhabitants are cheerful and carefree. That is, until, the day a certain someone
wants to conquer the world! Chaos is
wrought in many towns on Tamagotchi Planet, and it is up to one little dude to
save the world…

…and that little dude is Mametchi!

The objective of this game is to travel
around the towns on Tamagotchi Planet, and help Tama-Friends who are in trouble
from the mysterious villain. At the end
of the game, you must confront the villain and try to summon goodness in his
heart!

To play the game, you must use the arrow
keys to control Mametchi enter various buildings, and talk to Tamagotchis whom
you want to help out. You assist them by
playing a mini-game or activity, and if you are successful you will be granted
5 Tama-Friend Points. If you lose, you
will only get 2 Tama-Friend Points.

Tama-Friend Points are derived from
happiness and love; you will need to collect 100 Tama-Friend Points in a region
to restore it to order and make all the residents happy again. Once you do
that, you can proceed to the next region.

Himespetchi takes you to the other
regions using her spaceship. The
spaceship will be present in the region you are in. Walk into the spaceship and you will be able
to do many things such as ask Himespetchi for help, or save, load, or quit the
game.

Many Tamagotchi characters will appear
in the game, and each character will have a different mini-game. I am not sure how many mini-games or regions
to make the game have; if the file ends up being too large, I am not sure I
would be able to upload it.

I am perfectly capable of doing all this
myself, but if we have more people helping, the game will take sooner to
finish. If you help out, you will be
featured in the game’s credits!

The sprites are to be pixelated so they
are easy to edit and do not take up too much space. They are to be animated, but I can animate
them if you can’t.

No copyrighted material is to be used in
this game!

Supahcow has offered to help with the
graphics. ^.^ Post or PM if you wanna help too!

Characters are my thing! Ill have a try with backgrounds! TAKE THAT BANDAI

Oh yea and when you say characters, do you want the sprites to be simple like the V1/V2/V3 etc or sprites like the colour versions which are more complex.

Which sprites do you need....

Your plans for the game seem very complex...just warning you, if you haven't had much experience making games, you might want to make it a little simpler.

I might be able to help with ideas for stuff like mini-games, and if you need awful drawings, I can do that too.

Ill just do a sprite because I wanna start and if you don't need that character then so be it

ummmm, I can compose music!!!!! :-DDDDDD I knew I had to be good for SOMETHING!! What kind of music are you looking for, exactly? Obviously something which can be played on a loop, without hearing an obvious break. do you need different compositions for every level?

My Ringotchi!! :



It's a fail I know... anyways, Ringotchi is worried sick 'cause her apple tree has a lot and I mean A LOT of apples falling down but the problem is there's catterpillars which she is really afraid of! Mametchi will help her by playing a mini game similar to the mini game in the TMGC+C where you should catch 30 apples and NEVER EVER catch catterpillars EternalMametchiFan, is my sprites bad?, Is the concept of Ringotchi's role okay and the mini game too? Thanks D

She has arms but it's not that obvious in my sprite.... It's the black thing beneath her face but I'll fix that up
