You're a stray cat that lives in New York City. You do your best to avoid being caught by the shelter or taken in by a human. Every year, there is a contest called the Food gathering. The Food gathering is where cats compete to see who can survive in New York. The ones with the least food must migrate to shelters. This contest starts up every summer, where food is plentiful. Right now it's nearing the end of spring... and the Food gathering is near.
