As usual, I can't pick a favorite, but I do have quite a few I enjoy.

Like everyone and their mother, I thought The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya was excellent. I also liked Serial Experiments Lain a lot even though the animation was really sub-par in my opinion. Mushishi is great, too... Gah, there're just so many good'uns!
