Doglover10, maybe your Tamagotchi weren't old enough. They need to be at least 24 hours into the adult stage- provided you do not pause them.

Congratulations! I find that the love potion always works on my Tama's, but it seems to go faster if I give both of them the potion. Anyway, well done. Without the love potion, Tama's falling in love will be hard.
