Working link to binary's Enwarehouse v5?

Hi. I've been searching through this forum and google for awhile looking for a working download link of binary's latest Enwarehouse program (the one that works for the v5 models). I know the link to the original Enwarehouse exists, but I'm looking for the v5 one if anyone has it and would be kind enough to upload it for me. Thanks!
