Pokmon diamond for Game boy is fake. Nintendo said that a rival company made it. The DS one is real, so the DS one would be best.

The Gameboy one is fake. It's a pirate game of a Japanese game called Telefang. Pokemon "Pearla" for the GBA is also a pirate.

If you look on the pirated game boxes, there is no Nintendo Seal or "The Pokemon Company" at the bottom. The DS box don't say "The Pokemon Company" either. Unless that is a prototype box art.

Another fake Pokemon game was Pokemon Black and Pokemon Jade. Watch out for pirated games on Ebay or any places that would sell black market games. Mostyou can find in Mexico, China or Hong Kong.

It's not made by nintendo. I got a friend of mine to look into it and the Pokemon Diamond for Game boy colour is just a really well made hack. This is proven through the dialogue throughout the game. I played a good bit of it once...swearing as well as characters who are summoned by cellphones and not pokeballs but none of the creatures were referred as pokemon. It's a cool game just a bad name lol.

Pokemon Black and Jade were also hacks done by people. I played some of those kind once, even one where it was pokemon and ash ketchum in a mario game. It wasn't bad. You can find all kinds of these modified versions on ROM sites and such.

Yes, Pokemon Diamond is a fake and a bad one, too. I downloaded a ROM on LimeWire, and it's the worst hack I ever played. It seemed to me to be sort of a cross between Pokemon and Zelda. I didn't get very far; I lost once, the game was over, so I deleted it. The DS Diamond is real and is an excellent game, well, it seems so from what my brother lets me play...

I dunno with the walkthrough I found with the ROM I kinda liked it. It was something different and weird, and with mild swearing in certain parts I just had to laugh. I would of said the same thing XD!!
