why wont my v2 and v4 mate?

my v2 is a boy, 5 years old, minimum weight

my v4 is a girl, 6 years old, minimum weight

and they both like the other 4 hearts

everytime i connect them they either play a game or give a present to the other but wont mate.

whyyy?!?!?!?!?

Sometimes they take a little while to mate. Just keep repeatedly connecting them, or try again another day.
