Why won't my special code work on Tama Town V5?

Can anyone tell me how to find my login for Tama Town V5?

I just got mine yesterday.

Go to the connecting heart icon(the 5th icon) then select PC. A code will appear. DO NOT press any buttons until you receive a logout password on the computer.
