Why cant some users use personal messageing?

I tried to send someone a personal message and it said they didnt have permission. What know?

Maybe they weren't a registered member, or there was a problem with their account?

If they're not a member, they need to register the same way we did. If there is a problem with their account, they should contact Admin in order to find out what the problem is and to fix it. Maybe you could contact Admin and explain the problem to them, and maybe they can fix whatever is wrong. All I can do is give you advice, and I hope I have been able to help you.
