Why can't I go on Tamatown?

I just started and very want to go on with my music star but it keeps saying No connection. What do I do????

TamaTown has been down for a long time, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

It's been down for a while... there's ton of topics on why TamaTown's been down.

I have no idea.... Sometimes it works at crazy times, e.g, 3 in the morning. I've contacted Bandai, but they haven't replied for ages... I contacted them during November., in case.

it just recently stopped working for me, i sent an email to bandai and i should get a response soon (hopefully, or else i'll have to call customer services)
