As in title, which program to use in order to make 4bpp Indexed images that won't change color when they're grabbed in iDmakeDL? Anyone who has ever made a P's or iDL wallpaper, please help me! I'm desperate to learn how to make my own wallpapers...

I think GIMP 2 is reccomended. I failed at using it but that's probably because I didn't set everything correctly :b Go ahead and try it first though! I'm pretty sure there's instructions somewhere on Tama-Zone.
