Where do you get the Gold Disc in TamaTown V4?

Does anybody know where you get the Golden Disc in Tamagotchi Town V4? This topic already answered my question about the car, but I can't find the Golden Disc. Does anybody know where you find it?

You can get the Gold Disc from the Music shop on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month.
