I believe that all countries now have the V4.5 in stock

My Target and Walmart store has them. Perhaps Meijers included <_<

I got mine off of ebay, but alot of people don't like risking that, look in Target, Wal-Mart, any big chain store that sells tamagotchi-like toys should have them, good luck on getting one! .

You could also try an online store or any toy store in your area. V4.5s are everywhere now, so you should be able to find one somewhat easily.
