The Stamp is a souvenir.

Our TamaTown spies say that the Stamp and the Box (another souvenir) will be available from the Post Office. Unfortunately, the Post Office isn't open yet.

The stamp and package box is in the Post office but it is not open yet, we do not know when it will be open maybe sometime early next year or late this year!

thanks for the reply back how about the trophy any idea where i can find that on tama town? I have seen a few answers to win the car race at the arcade when i go there it does say win a trophy but all i get are points? Not sure if i am doing it right or not lol new to tamagotchi only have had it for about a week.
