Where can I get a cheap P's?

Less than $50 is pretty cheap for a Melody Land P's... but you could try keeping an eye out on eBay for a cheap used one perhaps.

I agree with EMF, eBay and amazon are your best bets... Although, I have heard of gumtree selling tamas..

The RRP for a Melody Land P's is 5000 yen though, I'm pretty sure you won't be able to get it for 3000-4000 yen NIP, with rarity and import fees factoring in too. ;-;
