Memetchi sulked to class. "Why can't Makiko stop bothering me?!" she thought. At lunch Memetchi found that Makiko had sat in the spot she usually sat at.
"Hey Makiko, I usually sit there, for your information," Memetchi grumbled.
Makiko shot her a smug look. "I sit here now, for your information," she snikered. Memetchi had to sit near a geek for the rest of the lunch period. Violetchi happened to strolling by. "What's wrong, Memetchi?" she asked. "Makiko is such a snob! She never stops bugging me, she always makes Mametchi turn against me, and she always starts arguments about our curls!!" Memetchi tearfully cried. And then she actually cried. Later at recess Memetchi was horrified to see that Makiko was allowed on the Popular Field. The Popular Field was for all the "popular" people. "Why did they have to make
some field for the "popular" people?" she grunted to no one. "How discriminating!" Mametchi was glaring at Kuromametchi as he entered the Popular field. "No one thinks your popular! Get outta there!" Mametchi yelled at Kuromametchi. "Gee, even Mametchi has to deal with that uselessness," Memetchi noted.
