When does Gudetama sleep?

I just got my Gudetama in the mail and I need to know when he sleeps, so I can augment the time to fit my schedule (I go to bed at 8pm and wake around 5am).

Iirc the baby sleeps at 9pm and the adult sleeps at 10pm.
