What's the difference?

I am confused about the difference of a ConneXion and a ConnECTion. Can somebody help me out? I'm new at this Tamagotchi thing.

ConneXion is the japanese version.ConnECTion is the american version.

I have a ConneXion as according to the name of the packing but I lives in UK.
