There are 2 options that I use most which I think are pretty useful.The first is to mute your tama by holding down button a (left side) and pressing c (right side) until you hear a beep sound.The other option is to pause it completely. On the clock screen, press buttons an and c as you did muting your tama. To turn it back on just press c again.There are also other ways but I find these easiest
